If I had a bottle, and I were to fill it with all my love for Jeremy, I would flood the Earth. Jeremy has single-handedly put a smile on me and my friends faces in such a dark world. This dark world is brightened by Jeremy's pure heart. I wish I could be like Jeremy, charismatic, joyful, loving, and welcome to all who come to my door. Jeremy is a great man who I hope leads a great life.

Ok, I love me some Juneau Hotel. The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. They have nice, clean rooms with kitchen and laundry built in. Rooms are a good size, (we did not feel cramped), and clean. Centrally located, and away from the cruise ship traffic, it's an ideal location. The grocery store is walking distance, so you can get your food and cook in your suite. Oh, did I mention their free airport / ferry boat shuttle service? Yep, you can schedule rides to and from the airport or ferry boat landing, just let them know when you land. Wonderful.

I was there in winter, not a whole lot going on in town around Christmas but these guys were open and have a beautiful historic hotel. Shout out to the front desk (can’t remember name, but worked evening 12/23) she was so nice and accommodating as my fight was delayed the next day. The sidewalks on the main road nearby are snowed in currently (December) but walkable with good shoes. Room was clean, would definitely stay again.

Marshall was a huge helper over the phone and very polite. He was easy to talk to and gave great recommendations for the area. If he sees this, see you in Hawaii .

Jeremy is a wonderful guy. He is the most friendliest guy on Earth and deserves nothing but joy and whimsy and love. He had brought happiness through dark times. Always great service when Jeremy is picking up.

If you are looking for a comfortable home base in Juneau without diving into the deep end of the city’s hotel price pool, the Juneau Hotel is a respectable contender. Location wise, it sits about a mile from downtown. The walk along the water is genuinely pleasant, especially on a clear Southeast Alaska day. Just note the hotel is positioned right by the main intersection for the Douglas Island bridge. If your room faces the bridge, traffic noise is part of the ambient soundtrack, so light sleepers may want to request a different orientation. The rooms are where this property really delivers. They are spacious, clean, and outfitted with large full kitchens, which is a major plus for longer stays or anyone tired of restaurant hopping every meal. If you can snag a third-floor room, the higher ceilings add a nice sense of breathing room. Operationally, a few things to keep in mind: -Free airport shuttle is available but must be arranged in advance with the front desk -Off street parking is very limited, so rental car guests should plan accordingly -Gym is minimal and functional at best -Ice machine and vending are located on the first floor -No on-site food or beverage services, though restaurants and bars are within walking distance Service was a bright spot. Staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and easy to work with, which always elevates the stay. Value wise, Juneau pricing is its own wild frontier. While the nightly rate may still feel steep for the overall product, it is actually on the more budget friendly side for the market. In a city where the gap between price and polish can be wide, the Juneau Hotel lands comfortably in the “better than most” category. Bottom line: Not a luxury showpiece, but a clean, spacious, well-run option that works especially well for longer stays or travelers who appreciate having a full kitchen and a little extra elbow room.

This is a perfectly satisfactory hotel in a great location. Bare bones full kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, range and a 10 min walk to IGA grocery store help you save $ on food. Staff nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Towels were plush. No dish soap or laundry detergent but does have shampoo, lotion, soap & coffee ( no tea). Not complicated but simple accommodations. 15 min walk to downtown Juneau but adjacent to the riverwalk with plaques, totems, raised walking promenade on the river. Room was a little noisy from road noise but view of mountain was great. Lower your expectations from mainland chain hotels and you'll be perfectly happy!
